| Our sales staff will work with you to discover all required information about your business, product and market in order to be completely informed on the aspects related to the project. The more information we have, the more accurate the price, the timeline and the higher the quality the final product will be. |

| Our sales staff will put together a cost and time estimate outline based on the information provided. Any additional considerations or needs will be presented as well. An accurate timeline and cost estimate allows us to work together, if you have budgetary concerns they can be addressed within the outline. |
| formal contract |
| Dream 9 Media always works within the guidelines of a contract. This legal instrument assists both the client and Dream 9 Media in working together by understanding the exact details of the cost, timeline, details of the project and all expectations for both sides. It is there for the protection of all parties and no work should commence without one*. |
| conceptuals |
| Our design staff will work on conceptual ideas for your project. The standard initial mockups are limited to three, once presented with concepts a client can review and decide what direction to continue in or where else they might like to see things go. Whatever the project, we will continue working on it until you are completely satisfied*. |
| implementation |
| Once our design staff has written or email approval on a design concept, we will implement the work. We typically do not upload work as we go- however, we will check with the client anytime we need to and at their request may show work in progress on a limited basis. We find the happiest client is one that does not have to try to see what we were trying to do, but rather see a finished or close to finished project. It makes it easier for us to present something complete as well. |
| deployment |
Once all approvals are in and final payment has been made, our job is not done, we are here to see it through. We will deploy your project and in most all cases (unless otherwise stated in contract) we will deploy and fix any errors that arise within 48 hours of notice to us. Deployment of any project is an important time and because we want to establish long-term customer relationships based on trust and a commitment to produce the best for you, we will stand behind our work and with our client.
